ICAN began as an idea to help minimize the amount of material sent to landfill. A High School student, Jeffrey Mullin, was tired of hearing people complain about recycling and started a community-based recycling project. Today, Jeffrey and his team of mentors, are developing technology to improve sorting and compensate homeowners for good behavior
